   Paddy Power is not liable for: damages resulting from unauthorized access, hacking, interference, data corruption, interruption of service and transmission errors; any losses that could have been avoided by exercising ordinary care and diligence; loss arising from reliance on information obtained from other users through the Service.

9. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paddy Power for claims or demands made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms, including without limitation, any fines imposed as result of such breaches.

10. Termination

    Paddy Power may terminate or suspend access to all parts or the entirety of Service at its discretion with immediate effect upon written notice to you or by posting notice on website and/or through email notifications.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms will be governed exclusively in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to principles of conflict-of-laws, choice of law rules or any other statutory provisions.
